VIOFO Australia – Black Friday Promotion Terms & Conditions

 


Important Notice:

These Terms & Conditions are designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees under the ACL. If any part of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with the ACL, the ACL will prevail.

1. Introduction

 


These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made during the VIOFO Australia Black Friday promotion (“the Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with VIOFO Australia’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Terms.


Customers are encouraged to review all policies before making a purchase.

 


 

 

2. Eligibility

 


The Promotion is open to customers residing in Australia who purchase through VIOFO Australia’s official channels.

Resellers, bulk purchasers, or commercial buyers may be excluded at VIOFO Australia’s discretion.


VIOFO Australia may request additional information to verify order legitimacy.

 


 

 

3. Promotional Period

 


The Promotion runs for a limited time only, which begins on the 20th/Nov 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on the 2nd/Dec 2025 at 11:59 PM.


All times refer to local Australian time (AEST/AEDT).


VIOFO Australia may extend or shorten the promotional period, provided that customers who already placed qualifying orders are not disadvantaged.

 


 

 

4. Promotional Discounts & Offers

 

 

  • Discounts apply only to selected items.

  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

  • Discounts apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be backdated.

  • Additional flash deals or bundle offers may be introduced during the Promotion. These may be subject to additional conditions.

 

 


 

 

5. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

 


VIOFO Australia aims to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

Minor variations may occur due to manufacturer updates or display differences. Such variations do not limit customer rights under the ACL.

 


 

 

6. Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment

 

 

  • All items are available only while stocks last.

  • Items in the shopping cart are not reserved. Stock is confirmed only after payment is processed.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, VIOFO Australia will offer:

     

    • a full refund,

    • an alternative item of equal or greater value, or

    • store credit,

      in accordance with the ACL.

     

 

 


 

 

7. Shipping, Delivery & Seasonal Delays

 

 

  • Standard delivery options apply during the Promotion.

  • Due to high demand, shipping times may be delayed.

  • VIOFO Australia is not liable for courier delays or events beyond reasonable control.

  • If goods are lost or significantly delayed, customers may be entitled to ACL remedies.

 

 


 

 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

 

  • All purchases are subject to VIOFO Australia’s standard Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are based on the amount actually paid (including discounts).

  • Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if products are faulty or not as described under the ACL.

  • Promotional prices do not apply to replacement items unless the original was faulty.

 

 


 

 

9. Order Modification, Payment Issues & Cancellations

 

 

  • Orders cannot be modified once submitted due to high sales volume.

  • Orders may be cancelled if payment issues occur or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • VIOFO Australia reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders affected by pricing errors or system malfunctions, in line with ACL requirements.

 

 


 

 

10. Packaging & Product Variations

 


Packaging may differ due to manufacturer updates or shipment variations. This does not affect product performance or customer rights.

 


 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 


To the extent permitted by law, VIOFO Australia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Promotion.


This does not limit customer rights under the ACL.

 


 

 

12. Privacy & Personal Data

 


Personal information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the VIOFO Australia Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


Customer information may be shared with third-party service providers for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, or warranty handling.

 


 

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 


These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law. Any disputes may be resolved through the appropriate Australian courts or tribunals.


Customers are encouraged to contact VIOFO Australia customer support for assistance first.

 


 

 

14. Mystery Gift Offer (Limited to First 30 Eligible Orders)

 


During the Black Friday Promotion, VIOFO Australia is offering a complimentary Mystery Gift to the first 50 eligible customers who place qualifying orders valued at AUD $200 or more after 10:00 AM (AEST) on 22nd November.


 

14.1 Eligibility Requirements

 


To receive the Mystery Gift, the customer must:

 

  • Place an order after 10:00 AM local time during the Promotion.

  • Spend AUD $200 or more (after applied discounts and before shipping).

  • Be among the first 50 customers who meet the above criteria.

  • The Mystery Gift will be included automatically—no code is required.

 


VIOFO Australia will determine the first 50 eligible orders based on the official system timestamp.

 


 

 

14.2 Nature of the Mystery Gift

 

 

  • Mystery Gifts are randomly selected and vary in type and value, it may include Viofo's previous generation dashcams (A118 C2, A119 Pro, A119 V2 etc.) or accessories such as Micro SD card, hardwire kit and CPL.

  • Customers cannot choose the Mystery Gift type or request substitutions.

  • Mystery Gifts may not include all accessories, may be loose components, and may lack standard retail packaging.

  • Mystery Gifts are complimentary items and not intended for resale.

 

 


 

 

14.3 Warranty & Support for Mystery Gift

 

 

  • The Mystery Gift is not covered by VIOFO Australia’s warranty or by any manufacturer warranty.

  • No exchanges, replacements, or repairs are available for the Mystery Gift unless required under the ACL.

  • The Mystery Gift is provided strictly “as-is”.

 

 


 

 

14.4 Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

 

 

  • If the order (or any part of it) is returned or refunded, the Mystery Gift must also be returned in its original condition.

  • If the Mystery Gift is not returned, VIOFO Australia will deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.

  • If the Mystery Gift is damaged, used, or lost, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

  • The Mystery Gift cannot be refunded, exchanged, or replaced independently.

 

 


 

 

14.5 Limitations & Availability

 

 

  • Only one Mystery Gift is offered per eligible order.

  • This offer is strictly limited to the first 50 qualifying orders and ends immediately after allocation.

  • VIOFO Australia may announce when all Mystery Gifts have been distributed but is not obligated to do so.

 

 


 

 

15. Final Interpretation

 


VIOFO Australia reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, provided such interpretation does not override customer rights under the ACL.
